By placing an order with The Color Factory South Bend, you agree to the following:
Order Submissions
All custom orders must be placed through our official website only. Orders submitted through other platforms (personal pages, messages, etc.) will not be accepted.
To ensure clarity and accuracy, Incomplete submissions may result in delays or cancellation.
Business Hours Notice
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We are happy to assist you during these times. Please note that any requests for meetings, pickups, or communication outside of business hours may result in additional fees, depending on the timing and nature of the request.
Photo Quality
We are not responsible for the quality of any product created using blurry, low-resolution, or unclear images. The photos you provide directly impact your final product. Please submit clear high-quality images.
Design Mockups
All design/mockup requests must be made at least 3-4 weeks in advance to allow time for review and approval before printing. Mockups are an additional $15-$50 per design, non-refundable.
Once a mockup is sent for review, you will have 24 hours to approve or suggest changes. If no response is received within 24 hours, the mockup will be considered approved and production will proceed as designed.
White Areas in Shirt Creases (Sublimation Shirt)
No refunds will be issued for minor white areas that appear in shirt creases such as armpits, underarms, or seams. This is a natural result of the printing process and is not considered a defect.
Customer-Provided Materials
If you are providing your own materials (shirts, garments, etc.), all materials must be provided at the time your order is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by late material submissions. Delays may result in change in turnaround time.
Turnaround Time
7-14 days production time after order is placed. Turnaround time may vary depending on the details of your request as well as our current workload and availability. Estimated completion times can be provided at the time of order by emailing tcf574@gmail.com. Turnaround times are not guaranteed without confirmation.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to additional per-item fees, ranging from $15–$50, depending on your request and our availability. Due to time constraints, rush orders will typically be designed at the creator’s discretion, using the theme, wording and photos you provide. Please be realistic with your expectations—especially for last-minute requests. Detailed or highly specific designs may not be feasible without adequate notice. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued if there is a spelling error made by The Color Factory , or if spelling or photos are added to your item that was not provided by you. Deposits are non-refundable if an order is canceled. Orders must be paid in full to be eligible for any refund.
If a mistake is made that is our responsibility, we will provide a full refund and/or additional accommodations at our discretion.
